Sending form to forms library by email

When I send my infopath form to a sharepoint formslibrary, I see the
submitted forms as a Winmail.dat in the library and not as Infopath
templates. I want to see the templates so that users can open them. We cannot
open the .dat files...

The forms will be filled in with the browser, so IRM is not really an option.
