sending info in a table to another table in a seperate database

I am currently working for a lawyer referral service and i have designed two databases for: a database where client and lawyer data is entered and a second database which handles the accounting. The first database is where client information is entered - then a lawyer is selected by town and concentration. From there an append query runs which sends the entered information to the accounting databse. However, for whatever reason the information is only sending every other record to the accounting databse. After the information is supposd to be sent to the accounting databse, a macro runs with 3 sql statements - the first two erase all the client's information and the final one opens up the form where client data is entered. Does anyone know how to make it send every record to the second databse?
