sending internet pages

After installing Office XP on 2 laps, I cannot forward
(file-send-url) any internet pages to others. I get this
wonderful message:
Outlook blocked access to the following potentially
unsafe attachments:

I also cannot send pages. I have switched the tools-
security from restricted zone to internet zone on both
ie6 and outlook 2003 to no avail. All help messages I
see are for receiving email attachments, not sending them
through IE6.

I know this has to be a common problem and the answers
are out there, but I cannot seem to find them. Any ideas.

best,

Because secure versions of Outlook block shortcut files, I recommend that
you use a little free add-in for Internet Explorer when you want to send
someone a link to a page. You can get MailTo_URL from
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/gallery/index.htm#mailto. It adds an "Email
Page" command to the right-click menu in IE and uses the title of the page
for the subject of the mail message.

Make sure that the registry entry you create to tell IE where to find the
application matches the location where you save the program.
