Sending invite from Outlook 2000 user to Outlook 2002 user

We need to share an invitation to a calendar on Outlook
2000 using windows 2000 to an Outlook 2002 user on windows
XP. When sharing between Outlook 2000 users, the option
of Net Folders has to be added for this to work. We don't
see the option of installing Net Folders from the Office
XP CD for Outlook 2002.
