Sending link to Access Form via Outlook

I'm trying to send the link to my Access for via Outlook
but Outlook is not finding where Access is stored on the
users machine. It's forcing the user to search for the
Access executable.

I made sure to put the database is on a server that anyone
in the company can get to so that's not a problem. Also,
my hyperlink is set up to "Open Using: Access." But how
can I force Outlook to open Access. Is this an Outlook
problem. I'll post this question there too.

Any suggestions?
