Sending links with spaces to server located files.

George Wilson

I am currently using Outlook 2000 SP3 corporate version on Windows 2000 SP3.
When composing new messages, if I try to include a link to a file on a
server with a space in the name the link gets cut off at the first space in
the path. So if I try to paste a link to \\server\your folder folder the
link points to \\server\your . If I change the format outlook works in I get
the same result in RTF and Plain text formats. If using HTML format I can
change the address of the destination folder when I insert a hyperlink. Is
there any way to make this type of link work correctly in RTF or plain text
mail format?
