Sending macros by email

Hello,

I am a VBA beginner just starting to create macros and templates on my
own. It's great in automating repetitive tasks, and I want to share
macros my friend, who is in the same line of work as I am.

I know I should be testing this first, but I want to have the advice of
the experts. Will sending my template by email also have my macros
attached to it? That way, my friend will only have to press the
keyboard shortcuts I created.

If not, please advise on how to do it.

Thanks in advance.

Nina (Word 2002 user)

PS My friend also uses Word 2002.

yes you can send it through email, but make sure when you
record the macro, you store it in the current document
and not in the that (normal.dot)
