Sending mail from Pastel Accounting

We as a company use Pastel Accounting for our monthly billing. We curruntly
have 230 clients and growing fast. Every time we email anything from Pastel,
we mustgive perission for this. Is there a way to bypaass this as in Outlook
Exress
