sending mail using another isp

When I go out of the house, I can only receive email in outlook 2003. If i
want to send email I have to use webmail. I find this anoying. Is there a way
to avoid this hasse? I know about smtp relay issues, but maybe some one knows
of a work around? Thanks.

You have to change to use an SMTP server on the network you're on. When I'm
home I use my cable ISP's SMTP server when I'm out using dialup I have to
use that ISP's SMTP server. Unless you can find a provider (Gmail's might
but only for their accounts) that will let you contact their SMTP server
anywhere you're stuck changing it based on where you are.
