Sending meeting request from Access (2003 version)

Hello

I am endly able to send meeting request through access with the
AppointmentItem.

but 2 questions :

1) I have a message box that appears during 5 seconds before giving the
"yes" button to click on ... and it says it could be a virus and if I am ok
to give authorisation blablabla ... Is it possible to bypass this message ?

2) I have two mail boxes, one personal, one for my global service. I want to
use the global one but it takes my personal one by default. Is there a
possibility to change to "from" in the AppointmentItem (as red in the online
help there is no from properties ...)

Thanks in advance for any input ... will help me a lot

Your code is probably trigging the security measure in Outlook that is geared
toward preventing viruses from automatically accessing your Address Book and
replicating. I don't believe that you can circumvent the dialog box, but
check with the Outlook newsgroup. The question pops there quite frequently.

As to the other issue, check with the Outlook newsgroup.

Thanks for your input

I have been to the outlook forum and learn about that %&/( security thing :)

find also there links to :

- outlook redemption
- the quick way : utility that click yes for you (I can not believe that
!!!!! lol)

for the sender my helpdesk show me how to creates profile in outlook so this
is a way (no very userfriendly as I have now to select the profile I want at
the start of outlook but it works)

The profile thing is definately a question for the other group. Personally, I
think that there should be some way where you can say that this or that
specific function or sub is authorized to access the address book.
