Sending meeting request from group schedule

I am attempting to send a meeting request from my group schedule, however
the "New Meeting with All" option is not available.

Why is it not available? How do I make it display?

Thanks so much, but I resolved the issue. I attempted to create a New
Meeting message while I had a time slot for the public calendar within the
group schedule selected.

Yeah, I wish the pf functionality in group schedules was greater. At least you can seem, though.
