Sending Meeting to External users

L

Lucas Campos

Hi,
I'd like to send meetings to some users that are external to my Exchange
Server (via Internet). How can I send a meeting and allow them to Accept or
Reject the meeting? I tried to do it but they receive a Standard Email (with
dates and location in the body)
I have been receiving some of those from external users but I could do it

Any idea will be welcome

Thanks

Hello,

Here is an excerpt that may be useful to you

<< You can use Internet Calendaring (iCal) to send meeting requests to
people over the Internet. (The people with whom you exchange meeting
requests must also be using an iCal compliant e-mail program.) When you
send an iCal meeting request, the recipient can open it and accept the
invitation to add it to their Calendar, or decline it. >>

<< To send Internet (iCal) meeting requests, you must turn on the option to
do so -- In Calendar, on the Tools menu, click Options, and then click
Calendar Options. Under Advanced options, select the "When sending meeting
requests over the Internet, use iCalendar format" check box. To turn off
iCal, clear the check box. >>

Please let us know if this helps

Thanks
