Sending Multiple E-mails using Mail Merge (Word 2003)

We have always done our mail merge through Word 2000 with the data stored in
Access 2000. Our Company now uses Word 2003 and Access 2002. In 2000 My
E-mail addresses in MS Access were seperated by a semi colon for it to
recognize the addresses in the mail merge. In 2003 it is also seperated by
the same semi colon, but it does not recognize any of the E-mail addresses if
their are multiple addresses in any field. Can you please help me figure out
how to send multiple E-mail addresses through 2003? Thanks
