Sending multpiple files to multiple recipients

Hi there!

I have been searching for a way to periodically send files to multiple
recipients easily. I work at the head office of our company, and periodically
I need to send files to our branches. Each branch gets it's own unique file
(not 1 file sent to many branches). Periodically I update the files to be
sent, so I the files that are sent are always up-to-date. I have looked at
creating stationery, but I don't see anything there to help me. I don't want
to have to sit and create 30 to 40 new emails each time. The files retain the
same name between updates.

Any suggestions?
