Sending Newsletter via Email

Hi all,

Really dumb question, I know, but I created a newletter with a Microsoft
template and when I send it via email it opens with the Template Help panel
open. How do I get rid of that ? I've tried saving the document without that
being open but the attachment still opens with that panel and not just the
newsletter? Help.

Thanks so much,

Your question isn't dumb at all. :) The problem is there is a property in
the file that is triggering the task pane. To remove it, from the File menu,
click Properties, and then select the Custom tab. You should see a property
named something like TemplateID. Delete this property and the task pane will
no longer open.

Glad to help out. :) I found it annoying as well didn't rest until I
figured out what was causing the annoying task pane to display. ;-)
