sending one email to multiple company at once

I currently have a macro that allows me to send emails to user that have
invoices that are not credit released. The problem is that i have to copy and
paste the email address in the to:field when the email pop ups. Is there
anyway that I can put a code in the to: field of the macro that searches all
invoices that have not been credit released and automatically puts all the
email address in the to: field of the email that is to be sent out? Thanks

If you are using Outlook, try:

thanks for the code but where does it go? Do i create a control on the form?

The code would go in a standard module, setting the proper reference to
Outlook. You can call it from a form's event or command button, supplying
the arguments from text boxes on the form.

The EmailSenate application can be imported into your own app then changed
as appropriate.
