Sending onenote document in body of outlook message

Hello,

I am using Onenote 2007. I want to send the contents of my notes in Onenote
directly in the body of Outlook messages to colleagues who do not have
onenote. I know that this is possible... as, in fact, it worked before!!!
However, now when I email my notes, they are automatically sent as an
attachment and they are not embedded in the body of the message. Maybe
because the style of the message is plain text, for some reason, whereas I
configured Outlook in the Mail Format option for html.

Can any one help?

Try deselecting the option in
Tools->Options->Sending Email-> Attach a copy of the original notes

Which version of OLK are you running?

I have the same problem, upgraded from 2003 to 2007 and now it encapsulates
my notes into an .mht file, they dont show in the body of the email like they
used to. Driving me nuts trying to find the setting to set it back. Please
help!

It should be Tools / Options / Sending E-mail. But changing these
options have no effect on the email (with Outlook Express).

No dice, I toggle off the options but it still wants to send the note as an
attachment, not text in the body of the email....frustrating...

Came back hoping I could find a solution to this. Its my #1 irritant at this
point... and the fact that it attaches the files is one thing, but how do I
get rid of the automatic text saying,
"Click the OneNote attachment if you want to view or edit the notes in
OneNote.
If you don't have OneNote 2007, you can click the second attachment to view
the notes as a Web page.

in the body of the email. I have to manually delete it each time just to
send the attachments, which I really dont want, I want the actual text in the
body...........someday.
