Sending OneNote task to Outlook

I want to send a OneNote item to Outlook as a Task. I
marked the note with the Note Flag (to do) but the icon to
*Create and Outlook Task* is greyed out. How can I fix
this?
I'm using OneNote 2003 and Outlook 2003.

This seems to be a commonly reported issue. Can you verify that Outlook
2003 is set as your default EMail client (Open Internet Explorer, Tools
menu, Options, Programs Tab).
