How do I set sending options when sending meetnig invites?

When I add a person to a meeting and send an update it doesn’t give me the
option of sending the invite to the added person and automatically sends an
update to everyone.

It’s suddenly started doing it and it’s really annoying.

Does anyone know how to fix it?
