sending PDF with entourage

Hi,
I have office 2008 on my mac-air and on my Imac.
When I need to send a PDF from microsoft word on my air mac, I just go to print and select "send pdf with entourage".
That selection is not available in microsoft word on my Imac. How can I add it to the Imac. I only have the "send with mail".

There are a number of ways for this, including creating an Automator
workflow. I'll give you the simplest solution: go to Applications/Microsoft
Office 2008, right-click Entourage and choose Make Alias from the contextual
menu. Drag the alias that you have just created to ~/Library/PDF Services
(where "~" stands for the name of your user account).

And that's it. You should now have an entry in the PDF menu that is called
"Entourage", and selecting it will attach the PDF file to the message in
Entourage that is currently open, or, if there is none, create a new one
with the attachment included.
