Sending pp slideshow does not go anywhere.

O.K. i'm still on office 2003.I've made a PP slideshow with sound that play
through all the slide's. I saved it as a PP show. now here is the
problem,when I email it in or out of PP it does not go anywhere. The server
just times out.I've call Roadrunner they said my system is fine. I've played
with this for hrs. don't Know!!What am I doing Wrong???? HELP

The file path maybe unavailable.
You can try to burn your slideshow to DVD, then can share it
conveniently with others

Hi Tiledudetim,

Well, It is because the sound is linked to your PowerPoint
presentation, when you play the presentation to other place such as
other computer, the linked sound will not be shown.

You can do as follows:
1. Put the presentation and all the music and other inserted files to
a same folder.
2. Reinsert these files to PowerPoint presentation. After you do this
work, send the folder to other computer. Then the music can be shown.

Alternatively, you could try to convert your presentation to Flash and
send the Flash file to other computer. The music will be embedded in
Flash presentation,. And then you could show the Flash on other
computer.

Some third party presentation tool such as PPT2Flash Standard

can help you do this work. You can convert it with one click. Of
course, all the original effect can be retained in Flash.
You don't worry about the effect.

Also, you can send the Flash to Web and share your presentation on web
with others.

If you put all of the files in the same folder include sound, flash,
pictures and anything you need in your powerpoint presentation, then
make your presentation in this folder, when you sent the presentation
to your friends, send the whole folder, I think it can solve the
problem.
Or you can use some convert tool to convert your presentation to video
format but thus your friend can't modify your presentation.
