Sending Pub Files as an Email Message

Albie

I used to be able to send my publisher (.pub) via email as a message and kept
the format and graphics intact. (Mirror image). Now all I get is a box of
text with no format or graphics. Is there some option i should be tweaking?
Thank you.

Use a PDF file. If you absolutely HAVE to have your message in the body of
the email, read JoAnn Paules's message posted on March 5th (or 4th in some
time zones) 2006, with the subject line "How to send amultipage newsletter
in the body of an email"

Ed,

Thank you for your response. I did check out JoAnn Paules's
message/recommendation. It does offer a workaround but I am still puzzled
why my MS Pub 2003 suddenly can not send pub files directly into the body of
the email and not an attachment. Is there any other program out there that
would do that? Thank you.

Publisher was not designed to create web page output and certainly not to
send messages as e-mail bodies. It was adapted to do this later. I have no
idea why it would suddenly cease working, but if a workaround works...

You should really look at applications designed to send bulk email, if not
then at least ones designed to create web pages.

You might try going to Tools > Options > Web Tab and check under E-mail
options to 'Send entire publication as a single JPG...'. If you are trying
to send a multipage document, you will find only the first page is sent.
