I use 2 accounts on outlook, comcast at home and verizon at my office.
Comcast doesn't require outgoing authorization, verizon apparently does. I
entered into outbound server autorization info and when I do 'test settings'
it works. The problem is Email (send/receive) works fine with comcast. With
verizon if I enter names into address book I can email outbound by selecting
name from the address book. if I simply try to hit 'reply' or 'reply to all'
from an email and hit send/receive I get an error that the outlook cannot
connect to my outgoing email server (verizon). So it works if I select a new
email and put in a name from address book, but I cannot simply reply to an
email, regardless whether name is in address book. very frustrating. any help
appreciated
