Sending Recurring e-mail messages

I'm running Outlook 2002 and I have created an e-mail message that must be sent to a DL every week on Thursdays. Is there a way to have Outlook automatically send this message each Thursday without me haveing to open it then send it manually. Is there a feature kind of like the recurring feature in the calendar?

Please help...any info would be great.
