Sending Reminders

I want to notify a bunch of people about planned server
(Unix) Maintenance using the Outlook 2000 calendar and
have the reminder popup fifteen minutes prior to execution
of the maintenance. Easy enough.

But I want the calendar entry auto deleted once the
maintenance window expires.
