Sending report through Email on Citrix Published App

Has anyone been able to programmatically send a report as
email through a Citrix Published App? Through the Citrix
Desktop this works, but not as a published app.

I receive error : "The command or action 'SendObject'
isn't available now".

I also tried to create a winbatch to first open Outlook,
but that didn't work.
