Sending to all contacts except those without email addresses

Running OL 2007 under Vista Home Premium SP2.

I'm sure that I have seen an OL option to send only to contacts with email
addresses, but I can't find it in Help. Can I get a little help on this,
please?

Run a mail merge against all your contacts. It will ignore any contacts
without a valid e-mail address.

without email addresses.
