Sending Web Pages

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Email Client: pop

This is my first MacBook and I am confused on many issues. This one concerns sending a web page viewed on Safari to an email address. I get the message that Entourage is not capable of sending web pages. Surely this can't be true. The most primitive PC email program can do this. How do I send web pages??? Thanks

Depends what you actually mean...

Send a Link to a Web Page? If you just copy the page address out of
Safari and paste it into a message window, the recipient can click on
the link to open the web page for themselves. There are scripts to make
this easier - see 'Insert Safari URLs' at <http://www.barryw.net/scripts/>

Send a Copy of a Web Page? I would dispute that most email programmes
can actually do this properly. I also have trouble seeing why you would
want to do this - far better just to send the link. However, again,
there are scripts to add this functionality - see these scripts:
