Sending whole website to CD

I made my website with FrontPage 2003. Is there an easy way to send the
entire site (the local copy) to a CD or a floppy disk? I have Jim Buyens'
huge book, FrontPage 2003 Inside Out, in front of me, but I can't find the
page on which he shows how to back up a site on removable media.

Publish the site to a folder on your machine.
Burn the folder to the CD.
