Sendkeys add-in error message

Hello,

I am trying to use Sendkeys in Access 2000, but receive
error message:

"The SendKeys action requires the Microsoft Access Utility
Add-in to be loaded.
Rerun Microsoft Access or Microsoft Office to reinstall
Microsoft Access and the Microsoft Access Utility."

I have tried to reinstall and looked for add-ins under
downloads. I also tried to use the sendkeys on a XP
version, but received the same message.

Is there a workaround to this or where can I find the Add-
ins the error message speaks of.
