sendObject Error when convert to MDE - Access XP

I am using a SendObject cmd to send an email and attachment to a group of
users. When I run the MDB file, this works just fine. However, when I convert
to a MDE file I receive an error: 'The SendObject Action was Cancelled'

Any idease as to what might be the problem? I have tried converting multiple
times in case there was a problem during initial conversion but still receive
same error.
