SendObject Error when converting to MDE - Access XP

I am using sendObject to send email and attachment to group of users. This
works correctly when I open with MDB file. The MDE file I created does not
work. I receive 'SendObject Action was Cancelled' error.

Any ideas why it doesn't work with MDE file? I have tried running
conversions multiple times but receive same error.
