SendObject probs - very odd!

I have never normally had any probs using the SendObject command in Access
databases, however the current one I am using keeps falling over and I can't
find a pattern to the problem without restarting Access 97 and Lotus Notes.
The "To"; "CC", "subject" fields do not appear in the resulting email and the
reports I am automatically attaching in RTF format appear in xls format!! why
is this happening?
