SendObject Question Concerning TemplateFile

I hope I'm in the correct forum . . . forgive me, in advance, if I'm not.

I have programmed a button on my form to send an email. (I've done this in
the past) What I've not done in the past is use the templatefile section of
the SendObject Method.

Can someone tell me what this is, what it does and how do I make use of it.
I want to send an email, but I want to either attach or have in the body of
the email, quite a bit of text. Is the templatefile the answer to my problem?
