Hi,
I don't know whether I should post it here or Outlook, sorry. A combination
of macro in access and email in Outlook.
Is there a way to "Reply All" as well as clicking the "approve" or "reject"
in responding to the user who sends with the "voting and tracking" function
in MS-Office Outlook 2000 ?
I have a macro setup in my DB for users to submit their timesheet using
SendObject :
the timesheet is saved as SNP file as an Output Format , then
To and Cc, (To is for the Boss to approve/reject) (Cc is for the accounting)
then
Yes for Edit Message,
the user has to Edit the Message by selecting the "voting and tracking"
options in Outlook with "approve/reject" option. Then my Boss has to either
click the Approve or Reject to reply to the user and he also wants that at
the same time the Cc-person (accounting) receives the same Approve or Reject
reply, then he doesn't have to repeat the action to forward to the accounting.
I tested it out myself, it doesn't "reply all" with clicking either
"approve" or "reject" button.
Please let me know whether it is possible to have this programmed, if there
is, please go for a simple one, I am still a learner, thanks for
understanding.
