Sensitivity options in Outlook 2003

You can set sensitivity to an email of:
- Personal
- Private
- Confidential

Can anyone please explain to me the difference between the three and what
they do? I know private means only the recipient can see the email even if
they have shared their mailbox, but what about the other two?
