Sensitivity Settings do What?

We are training people on the use of Outlook and the question frequently
comes up, how does the system handle an e-mail differently if you set the
Sensitivity to Confidential or Private or Personal? I know that Private does
cause a difference in who can see the item marked private. How do the other
setting affect e-mail objects? Any insights would be appreciated.
