Some emails are sent and stored already in Outlook's Sent Items folder, but
they are not received by recipient(s). Unfortunately, this happens without
any Email Notification (such as undelivered Mail Notification), so that user
who experiences this problem never knows that their mail has not been
delivered yet.
We are using internal mail system and this is happening simultaneously with
some of our users lately.
We try to do "Detect and Repair" to some users, and it helps reducing the
occurrence of the problem. But I think it's not the right solution for this
problem.
Any other suggestion?
