sent email is too big. how to increase the limit in outlook?

YOU can't! That limit is established by whomever is your, so far,
unidentified e-mail service provider (ESP). THEY decide what are their
anti-abuse quotas. You'll have to talk to your ESP about the problem,
or pay them for a premium account that gives you bigger quotas.

Find an email provider that has large outgoing email size limits. Gawab allows 50mb attachments.
Its very reliable. http://gawab.com
If anyone knows of any others that allow 50mb or larger for free, let us know. Its very handy. Its
also very useful for backing text based documents. Compress and encrypt (usually about 8 to 1) and
email to yourself. Now you have offsite back for free. Up to about 400mb in files as well. 7zip
is a great compression program. It has many customizable settings for just the individual's needs.
