Sent email NOT being recieved....

I have Windows 2000 Professional and use Outlook express for emails. Emails
that I'm composing and sending out are NOT being received. I am able to
receive, however my sent emails are not getting to the recipients. If I use
my ISP's webmail, my sent emails are being received. Obviously my problem is
with Outlook Express. Any help, recommendations, suggestions....greatly
appreciated. Thanks

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
