Windows then launches the application associated with the file type of the file. OWA does EXACTLY the same thing. In order to open an attachment, the file must be written to disk first, then the application associated with the file's type started. OWA also writes the attachment to Tempoary Internet Files, usually in the folder Content.IE, which you usually can't see with Windows Explorer. I know this because I just checked. [/QUOTE]
