sent items display in Outlook 07

I installed Outlook Connector and Contacts Importer to allow my Outlook contacts to synch with my hotmail account when I am not on Outlook. I now notice that my 'sent items' displays my name as the sender instead of who i sent it to. When you change it to "To", it sorts alphabetically as opposed to chronologically. All I want to do is see who the email was to, and the most recent emails sent at the top of the list (which is how it has always been).

Any help is greatly appreciated
