Sent items donlt go to my Sent folder

I am using Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. I have a folder on my desktop
where I keep email templates that I use on a daily basis. When I send a
template from the folder, the email does not go to my Sent folder. This is
very important to me because I need a record of every email I send. I have
been cc'ing myself on all emails, but I would prefer they automatically go to
the Sent folder. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Before sending the message, click View>Options and check the box to save a
copy.
