Sent Items in Archives showing only sent From, not sent to

I'm using Outlook 2003 with exchange 2003. Sent Items in the mailbox show who
I sent the message to properly. In the Archive PST of the sent items, it is
only showing in the message list my name even though it is set to sort by TO.
If I group it, then the group heading shows the TO person, but all the
messages below only show my name, I would like to get it to only show who I
addressed the message to.
