Hello all.
I have 3 employees that use the same INBOX via IMAP across the country. We have been working this way for about 2 years now and all is well. They both use Thunderbird and I use Entourage '08.
I didn't notice this until today, but for the last week the Sent Items folder has not been syncing. In other words, all the emails that have been sent by my staff are not appearing in my Sent Items folder as they have normally.
The odd thing is they can see each other's sent items and mine. I also logged into the webmail on my server and all the messages are there. Entourage is simply not pulling down all the messages.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
