Sent Items

The majority of our users are setup with their e-mails delivered to their
Exchange Server mailbox.
Some of the power users have rules to keep their Mailbox organized and
clean. That is as it should be.

I have some that would like to have all of their Sent Items moved to the
Personal Folder of their choice.
I have looked high and low in the Rules Wizard (OL2003) and found no way to
MOVE the Sent Items anywhere. They can be COPIED...but I want them to MOVE.
One operation. No going back. No cleanup at a later time.

Does anyone have the method or is it just my madness?

You need to disable the option of keeping sent mail in the Sent Items
folder. Then the "Move a copy" action will work as you expect and there
will be no copy in the default Sent Items folder.
