Hi,
I have a user that is using XP-Pro/Office 2003 at work to connect using
Outlook to an Exchange 2003 server. Just recently the user noticed her
sent mail for the previous day was in her inbox when she opened Oulook
in the morning. I looked at her sent mail folder and the only messages
for each day that were in there were the messages she sent from home,
after 5pm, where she is using entourage connected to OWA. She shuts
her work Outlook client down each day and then goes home and access her
email via Entourage. Any email she sent during the day is now in her
Inbox. I checked and while she is at work what she sends does go into
the Sent Folder. It is only the next day that it is in her Inbox.
I checked her rules adn she only has 1 Spam rule that checks the
SpamAssasin score and moves messaes to her spam folder
It appears something in entourage is moving her sent mail to her inbox
each day?
Any ideas?
Thanks!
