Sent Mail Header has right date & time but wrong day of week?

I was recently using outlook at my office. I sent about 12 emails during a 3
hour period where I was having lot's of problems with another program running
in the background. Bottom-line, none of the emails hit the outbound server.
The weird thing is that all of the saved copies in my sent folder have the
right date and time in the header but the wrong day of week (I.E. Thursday,
March 19th, 9:30am).

What would cause this? Is it a virus? Some other glitch?
