sent message via Entourage not available inmy Blackberry (using BES)

When sending messages via outlook and web based outlook the messages always appear in my Blackberry. I can access them and file them. When I sent message via Entourage it doesn't appear in my Blackberry. Does anyone has a solution for this bug?

I have had this same problem for a couple of years (RIM at one point
had a "known issue" document on its website about it - but basically
blamed the problem on Microsoft). I was hopeful that the Office 2008
update would solve the problem, but it did not. The calendar and
contacts sync perfectly, and email sent via Outlook Web Access syncs
to the BB. The one thing that does not work is the sync from
Entourage to the BB.

It is rather annoying that the issue has ben known for a couple of
years and is still not resolved,

They might want to update that article, since parts of it are wrong, and
have been for some time.

It seems that this article was written with Entourage X in mind and that
is a far cry from how Entourage 2004 and 2008 work. However, no version
of Entourage uses MAPI for mail and probably never will. If the
Blackberry folks continue to rely on the MAPI protocol then this may
never work.

FYI, MAPI is now a "de-emphasized" protocol in Exchange and will
probably be phased out sometime in the future. RIM will have to make
some changes in the next few years.

Also, based on the wording of the article, the onus of fixing the
problem seems to lie with the RIM folks and not Microsoft.
