I have an unusual problem. I have a user who after selecting a file from
within Windows Explorer and using the "send to email recipient as attachment"
from the context menu, filling out the necessary details in the "new message"
window and clicking send still sees a "ghost" of the message on screen.
The message has been sent (and received by the intended recipient) but the
"ghost" message remains on screen.
Right clicking the taskbar icon and selecting close or using the X both
remove the window fine but why does it stay?
has anyone seen this issue before
Windows XP SP2 - current updates
Office 2003 Pro - SP1
Thanks in advance
